High Cholesterol at Whataburger

Calorie intake is the main concern for people with high cholesterol while dining at a fast-food restaurant like Whataburger. Well, you can always try the Lighter & Smaller options from the menu to cut down your fat intake. Opting for grilled sandwich or burgers are preferred compared to double meat or triple meat cheesy burgers which contain high cholesterol.

Awesome experience. Burger was great - tender bun, perfect pink center to a thick patty, fresh clean lettuce. Truffle parmesan fries were so delicious. My husband's Burger came out without the gluten free bun he requested and they remedied that instantly. Seriously, fastest food fix! Smores shake was rich and thick! Very thorough service, specialty order spot on, great attention to detail. A little tough to find but with complimentary valet and the insanely helpful staff, we'll definitely be going back.

Located in the Montage Hotel, this section of the canyon provides a stunning setting; sitting out on the patio on a warm sunny afternoon in Empire Canyon at Deer Valley is amazing. For patio dining this spot ranks a ten. Relaxed and comfortable, the atmosphere prepares you for your burger experience. These are truly gourmet burgers prepared to perfection. I enjoyed a straightforward mushroom and Swiss burger; however, the available options for toppings and ingredients were plentiful. Prices range from $14 for their classic burger to $32 for a foie gras with truffle, Bourbon caramelized onions and arugula. We were there on Father's Day and since this is Utah, rather than bourbon, they gave all of the dads a free milkshake. I ordered the chocolate shake and it was amazing - rich, creamy and chocolaty. The straw as thick and it went down fast. Beyond their bourbon drinks, I believe milkshakes are one of their signature items. After indulging on your burger and shake or burger and bourbon, take a hike around the grounds - it's a terrific alpine setting with mountain bikers and hikers taking advantage of the terrain. Another suggestion for a post burger activity is to continue your drive up the canyon to the top of Guardsman's pass. There you'll take in a spectacular view of the Heber Valley. Don't miss it. Salute!

Every year, my family and a couple of others travel to Utah together, so we have a wide range of ages and tastes. Burgers and Bourbon was a fun place to eat out for all of us! While we did have to wait a while to be seated, the Montage has a lot of fun distractions to keep the kids and everyone else busy while you wait. We had the s'mores milkshake which was very good - you can get it spiked or not. I opted not to but my sister got the spiked version and that was just as good! It was thick and creamy like a milkshake should be and the toasted marshmallow on top was a nice touch. I had their classic burger cooked medium rare which came out cooked to my liking. It was a fine burger, nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about. Our table also shared the fries trio, which was good as well. Overall, it's a fun place to go, but definitely not the best dining in the Park City area.

It's too bad this is so far from Salt Lake City. Maybe that's a good thing for my waistline because otherwise, I'd be here every day! The trio of fries were very tasty. My favorite of the three was the rosemary with sea salt. The truffle parmesan came in a close second. For the burger, I ordered the southwestern while my friend ordered the smokehouse. I got to try some of his and both were delicious!

It started out bad... With a 30 minute wait only to be seated in an empty dining area. When we asked the hostess why there was a wait she said "we wanted to give you the best experience possible"... Whatever that means. We sat in the empty dining area for another 10 minutes before our server came over and she explained that they were short-staffed (indeed). She was nice and tried to turn the experience around for us. We ordered the pickle chips, two burgers and two cocktails (Old Fashioned). Our drinks took another 10-15 minutes to arrive (an earlier arrival could have softened our mood). The burgers arrived and they were tiny, and the "side of slaw" was in a quarter-sized ramekin. The food was pretty disappointing considering the price ($14 for a burger - fries are $5 extra! $14 for a weak cocktail). We are staying at the hotel for another few days, and options are very limited, but I think we will avoiding Burgers and Bourbon.

It's a guarded 4 stars. The service was wonderful and smooth. The location perfect. The handling of the food mishaps well done. The final food we ate was very good. It lifts it to four stars. We ordered the cheeseburger, BBQ burger and lux burger. The burgers were ordered red in the middle. Two came cooked to hockey puck status. The other one with some pink. The replacements were cooked properly. The meat is good, but doesn't jump out with taste and texture the speaks of the quality of the meat. Getting the grind and mix correct in a burger is a lot of work. It still needs some work. In the end, the cheeseburger is the best. Nothing covers up the taste of the meat. The cheese compliments it. The BBQ sauce overwhelms. The foie gras isn't foie gras. It is probably a high percentage foie gras pate, but it is not cooked from raw foie gras. The soup was very good, but we didn't expect all the mustard on the grilled cheese. Who does that without at least indicating it on the menu? They have a tendendency to do a little too much sweetening on the drinks. If you want a traditional Sazerac, let them know what you want. Otherwise, you will have trouble detecting even hints of absinthe and it will be very sweet. Their second try came out good. We even had another one once they started making it old school. We had the spiked smore shake. Apparently if you want the one they make by default, it's $9 for the additional alcohol. However, we weren't in the mood for the Bulleit. The server suggested maybe Baileys would be something we would like. Somehow I expected $9 for the Baileys. After all, a bottle of Baileys is cheaper than a bottle of Bulleit -- yet the Baileys was $13 for 1.5 ounces. That's nearly the price for half a bottle to get 1.5 oz. Really? So lots of weird mishaps that won't have me running back, but perfect service. Probably deserves 3 stars, but I'm feeling generous.

Amazing views out on the patio of the fall leaves mixed with good food and drinks makes Burgers and Bourbon an excellent choice. The burgers were great, but we especially liked the Mac and Cheese starter, it was excellent!

This place has the best burger menu in Park City. Yes, they are the most expensive burgers I've ever seen, but many of them are artful and they take pride in their side plates from their french fries to their pickles. I like that. This place also recently put on a beer and burger pairing night. What studs.

Wonderful hotel restaurant location with great atmosphere and service, but this was a poor choice of venue to actually eat-- Is this a chef who sees sarcastic cooking as a way to stick it to us guests? -- beware: on the flip side there's a serious emperor's new clothes phenomenon going on with patrons of Burgers and Bourbon who somehow overlook a lot of bad mojo here or don't get that the joke is on them. I read some of the other reviews and literally can't believe they're talking about the same place I just ate at. Here are some highlights that lead me to wonder if this chef is a sociopath or perhaps just hates me (and you): 1. Literally the worst veggie burger I've ever eaten, a tasteless, mashed up concoction of loosely coagulated black beans and rice that provide no mouth feel and no context. It actually was served to me already falling apart on the plate. As I bit into it, the sludge squeezed out the sides of the bun like play doh through your fingers. If a chef hated vegetarians and tried their darnedest to make a seriously gross out veggie burger experience, this would be it-- he has succeeded handsomely. 2. A tiny $9 shake, worse than Wendy's with a cardboard straw that falls apart before you can finish the shake. Whip cream with chocolate sprinkles distracts from one's being able to make a rational value estimation, but afterwards the buyers remorse sinks in. For $9 can't you please give me a plastic straw and maybe 20oz instead of 12? Nope you're just having fun ripping me off, aren't you. 3. Utah fry sauce made with Sirracha? Just a travesty-- food as pastiche. The chef clearly either hates Utah or Utahns or both and is trying to stick it to us-- adding Sirracha seems to be the next best thing to spitting in our food. When asked how it was, I couldn't lie to the server, but didn't make a big deal about it. I, of course, held my suspicions about the chef's dark intentions to myself. I just wanted to leave. The server graciously offered to take the burger off the bill-- since I barely ate it. Then, minutes later the maitre'D came by and after a weak apology and an offer to cook me another piece of tasteless bean and rice sludge, he went too far, emphatically and gravely mentioning 3 times that no one had ever complained about the veggie burger. What was this guy thinking? Nice approach. Apologize and then intimate that perhaps I am the problem. Gee thanks. I feel so good now. Not. Apparently, not only do we have a passive aggressive chef, but a maitre'D who is complicit as well. We'll be staying at the Montage 3 more days, but we'll be eating elsewhere.

SOOOO YUMMM!!! Quality and delicious burgers, yummy fries had the best ever fried pickles and great drinks (SHAKES AMAZING, Alcoholic beverages amazing as well,) what more could you ask for. This is a must when visiting Park City or the Montage great place to have great food and great times!

The best burgers in Park City and worth the drive up the mountain from downtown. Luxe Burger is the best burger I have ever eaten. As a kentucky native, the cocktails were delish and the bourbon offerings were well. Choose your own flight instead of one of the pre determined ones for a truly lovely experience.

Good food sure, but three trips and every time the service has been so bad that I wanted to claw my eyeballs out. It's completely ridiculous. Cocktails are weak, but that Utah, food is good but you will wait 20 min for every item you want including a beer. Carry out or avoid.

Overpriced burger. Do not eat here for the burger. $16 dollars for a burger the size of a kids meal burger. Only flavor you get is from condiments. I wish we had eaten at Wendy's and we could of saved $50 for 2 crappy burgers and some fries. I would give 0 stars if possible. The cooks should be ashamed of themselves.

A great new restaurant at the Montage Deer Valley. This restaurant was formed by taking the former bar inside Apex, a bit of the space of Apex and creating a new space. The burgers are wonderful but if you don't want a regular beef burger there are other choices including turkey, tuna, veggie and even bison. The restaurant features over 100 bourbons and whiskeys, although I was there for the food. My burger, the "smokehouse" was great. A little messy though with the 2nd half of the burger finished off with fork and knife. Lots of choices of fries, which are very good. The shakes are awesome. I had a traditional chocolate shake but also sampled a spiked banana/nutella shake, both were excellent. Spiking the shakes is an option and a great idea. We sampled the fried pickle chips and bourbon bbq wings as appetizers. Again, both were excellent. We had so much food there was no room for dessert although we heard the featured dessert was a huge piece of chocolate cake (very tall) designed to be shared. Burgers and Bourbon adds to Apex and Daly's making 3 excellent restaurant choices at the Montage. B and B fits right between Apex and Daly's and is a welcome addition. Oh, great for the kids too!

Give the Montage credit for calling a dog a dog. Bourbon and Burgers says - we're serving burgers. And knowing it's in the Montage, one of Deer Valley's seriously expensive hotels means you have to know it's not going to be cheap. But over $150 for 5? For Burgers? We didn't even have any Bourbon. But you pay for luxury - and the Montage serves that up in spades. Driving up the windy road into the mountains that surround Park City, you turn into the Montage access road - and are immediately surrounded by glowing trees on all sides. The impact is magical. Continuing the experience, a valet greets you at the entrance, a concierge welcomes you to the Montage and directs you to your destination. The location of Bourbon and Burgers is upstairs a bit from the Apex, the Montage's high-end restaurant. It has a commanding view of the surrounding ski slopes, totally dark of course at this time of night. Deep dark wood, a roaring fireplace, a full bar, and elaborate service - even if they are only serving burgers. The menu - true to its name - consists primarily of burgers. I totally enjoyed the ahi tuna 'burger', the rest of our group ordered more standard fare - the double burger and the classic. We also ordered an appetizer of fried pickles which was very disappointing, and every one ordered a different flavor of fries - I had Sweet Potato Fried - but there were also orders of Truffle Fries and Garlic Fries. None were outstanding - all were seriously expensive. After dinner we wandered the public spaces of the hotel, spending most of our time in the Vista Lounge. Huge space, giant fireplace large enough to stand in, luxury games including a wooden version of Clue that featured inlay rooms, and offerings of Fondu, mulled wine and mulled cider. Best of all - the quite enjoyable piano player who unobtrusively provided background music. The Vista Lounge was definitely the best part of dinner. Bottom line - if money is no object - go and enjoy the burgers. As for the fries - Montage - you need to up the anty on those. And either fix the fried pickles - or take them off the menu.

Amazing food...beautiful view...expert staff...who could ask for more. We had the southwestern burger with smashed avocado and rosemary sea salt fries with three dipping sauces. The bourbon bbq wings were some of the best wings I've ever had. Top it off with a spiked shake!
